In recent, HHP Attorneys-At-Law (“HHP”) represents Wacker Neuson Group entering an investment agreement with Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone for its production plant in China, and this marks that Wacker Neuson Grop will formally introduce its engineering machinery production business into China. The construction of the project is planned to start in the autumn of 2016. HHP was involved in the whole process of the negotiation of the project and draft of the investment agreement and will continue to provide the legal services for the whole process for the establishment of new company and construction of the project.
