Recently, HHP successfully won the bidding for retained legal advisors for Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (“CERI”). HHP will act as the legal advisor for CERI and will render legal services in terms of outbound investment and construction.

CERI is dedicated to whole-process service and complete business chain, covering engineering design, equipment development & manufacture, engineering consultation, environmental impact assessment, environmental protection examination, cleaner production examination, energy-saving examination, project management, project supervision, tendering agent, construction drawing review and so forth. CERI also takes the lead in the industry in obtaining various administrative licenses of the highest level, such as Engineering Design Integrated Qualification, Engineering Supervision Integrated Qualification and so forth.
