Blum China is a wholly owned subsidiary of Julius Blum GmbH in Austria, and the parent company produces high-quality hardware fittings for world’s top furniture manufacturing. HHP represented Blum China and participated in project investment, grant of land use right, planning and design, tender for construction engineering, including drafting and negotiating of the project contracts such as design contract, construction contract, supervision contract, project management contract and so forth, and provided full range legal services for the client.
