Between 16 October and 24 October 2015, the 10th HHP M&A Workshop was successfully held at Xianlin campus of Nanjing University. The participating students were divided into six groups at random and were required to design the transaction structure, draft the legal memorandum and the letter of intent on cooperation. HHP Lawyers commented each group on their performance in legal research, document drafting, key issue analysis, teamwork, presentation and etc. HHP partners Mr. Rao Yao and Mr. Xu Jingdong presided at this workshop.
