Mr. Jindong Xu and Mr. Hongwei Hu, our partners spoke at Sichuan Securities Regulatory Bureau, the local counterpart of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in Sichuan Province, about the revised PRC Administrative Procedure Law on 24 April 2015. Their presentation focused on the new legal and practical issues arising from the new law concerning securities investigations and enforcement. All the relevant officials of Sichuan Branch, SEC attended the presentation.
