Recently HHP represented HotelGG in completing its latest round of financing. HotelGG is dedicated to assisting enterprise customers in finding the most suitable meeting locations and group hotel rooms via the internet, and at the same time it assists the hotels in attracting more customers and deals to improve the occupancy rate and revenue. 

HHP represented HotelGG in deal structuring, due diligence, review and revision of financing document as well as closing. The project team is led and advised by Mr. Jun Dai and Ms. Ke Shen.
