HHP Attorneys-At-Law recently assisted DaVita in its establishment of the first Sino-foreign JV hospital in China by providing full legal service in the entire project.  

DaVita is a medical institution ranked among the Fortune 500 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States. DaVita is devoted to providing a variety of health care services to the U.S. and global patients. This JV hospital is the first Sino-foreign hospital established in Jinan, and is also the first JV hospital that obtains social security accreditation. Through this JV project, DaVita will be able to provide nephrotic patients with high quality hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis and introduce more high-tech products into Chinese market. 

HHP provided full legal support for DaVita’s JV projects, providing legal solutions on the matters regarding establishment standards, set-up conditions and social security accreditation, and also presenting in the negotiation between DaVita and the Chinese party. The project team is led by Mr. Yao Rao and Mr. Jun Dai.
