In November 2013, HHP was invited to attend the competition for the External Law Firm Panel of SOHO China Ltd. (“SOHO China”). After comprehensive assessment, HHP was admitted into the Panel in three practice areas, “Corporate and M&A”, “Banking and Finance” and “Dispute Resolution”. Established in 1995, SOHO China has been developing and holding high-end commercial properties in the downtown areas of Beijing and Shanghai. In October 2007, SOHO China was successfully listed in Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (Stock Code: 410).
