During 13 to 24 October 2014, HHP Attorneys-At-Law successfully held the 21st HHP M&A Workshop at Fudan University. The topic of this workshop is “Acquisition and Merger of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors”. The participating students were divided into six groups at random and were required to design the transaction structure, draft the legal memorandum and the letter of intent on cooperation. HHP Lawyers commented each group on their performance in legal research, document drafting, key issue analysis, teamwork, presentation and etc. Mr. Liu Jiyang, the experienced angel investor in journalism industry, was invited to give a key note speech for this workshop. Mr. Dai Jun, Ms. Shen Ke and Ms. Ma Baolu presided at this workshop.
