Recently Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (“SPD Bank”) announced that HHP successfully won the bidding for retained legal advisor projects of SPD Bank’s corporate and financial market businesses. HHP will act as the legal advisor of SPD Bank for three years and render general legal services in terms of legal documents translation, IP agreements applying foreign laws, system procurement agreements and so forth.
