BIOGRAPHY
During the decade prior to obtaining the lawyer’s license of the PRC, Ms. Liao worked for Taiwan Modern Law Office, Master Chains International Law Office, Chih-Yang International Law Office, and Hua-Ding International Law Office.
Ms. Liao has been representing and providing legal service to a great number of multinational corporations, famous enterprises, and publicly listed corporations on their investment projects in Taiwan. The projects have included: application and planning for Company Public Offerings (Emerging Stock Board, OTC Exchange, Listing on the TWSE), commercial litigation and negotiations, drafting for licensing cooperative contracts, evaluation on technical investments, litigation regarding Intellectual properties, and assisting in tackling the amendment of laws and policies and formulating development strategies. She has also provided advice and drafted legal texts on daily operation matters regarding terms of sales, renting, licensing, transaction, and human resources.
Ms. Liao advised the clients from a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, banking and landscape designing.
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Corporate
－ Provided long-term corporate legal services for the world's largest long-term healthcare business manufacturers of medical devices, including Taiwanese firms and the subsidiaries of Hong Kong firms;
－ Provided legal services to other Taiwanese electronics, chemical and manufacturing companies such as Dreamtek International, Chief Chemical, New Green Life, FuBon Enterprises, and Dean Zhang Enterprises.

－ Representing underwriter to review and provide legal advice regarding the application of Swancor Co., Ltd. for listing OTC (Over the Counter);
－ Representing underwriter to review and provide legal advice regarding the application of MA-Tek Co., Ltd. for listing OTC;
－ Representing underwriter to review and provide legal advice regarding the application of ASRock Technology Co., Ltd. for listing on the TWSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange);
－ Representing underwriter to review and provide legal advice regarding the application of Formosa Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd. for listing on the TWSE;
